One-Bedroom House

The appartment is about 40m2 with one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and living room, for two or three adults. The bedroom has a double bed, air condition, a wardrobe and in the living room there is a sofa for the third visitor and flat TV. There is private veranda too. You can enjoy your coffee in an absolutly quite place with free panoramic view!!!

Corner Two-Bedroom House

Two rooms apartment is about 65m2 for four or five adults. It’s got two air-conditioning bedrooms, a big bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a sofa for fifth visitor. There is a private veranda too for enjoying your coffee in a quiet place with free panoramic view!

A three level maisonette of 85 sq.m with two bedrooms. The one with a double bed, bathroom, veranda with panoramic view and the second with double bed, bathroom and ceiling fan. Large living/dinning room with two single beds and air conditioning, flat TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two-burner kitchen, two-door fridge and large private veranda with free panoramic view. It can accommodate up to six adults

Two-Bedroom Maisonette ( 6 Adults)

A three level maisonette of 85 sq.m with two bedrooms. The one with a double bed, bathroom, veranda with panoramic view and the second with a king single bed, bathroom and ceiling fan. Large living/dinning room with two single beds and air conditioning, flat TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two-burner kitchen, two-door fridge and large private veranda with free panoramic view. It can accommodate up to five adults.

Three-Bedroom Corner Maisonette ( 6 Adults )

A maisonette of 112 sq.m in three levels with three bedrooms. The one with a single bed, air conditioning terrace with panoramic view, the second with a double bed, air conditioning, a bathroom terrace with panoramic view and the third with a double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom. Also there is a large living room with a separate kitchen with a dining area, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a kitchen with two hotplates, a double fridge and a large private veranda with unobstructed amphitheatrical view. It can accommodate up to five adults.

Minimal Houses

Comments

Minimal Houses are located in a newly built residential complex in Kandounia Mykonos area. They have a panoramic view ?f the Island and in the distance one can view the sea and some of the surrounding islands. The area is still preserved and visitors can enjoy the beauty of nature of a Cycladic island.

The region does not have public transport as yet, guest will need to have some means of transport to access the Minimal Houses.

Cancellation Policy

In the case of cancellation or no show of the client and according to our cancellation policy there is no refund to the client.

Guarantee Policy

Upon confirmation of the reservation the client accepts terms and conditions of reservation policy, as that is describe in our web page. Please note that your reservation can be secured with the use of a credit card and the commitment of the adequate amount. We do not accept the use of Debit Cards. You can also deposit the equivalent amount to one of our provided bank accounts, using your name as the justification of deposit. Our bank accounts are the following: Alpha bank GR31 0140 7940 7940 0233 0002 794 SWIFT/BIC: CRBAGRAA and Eurobank GR54 0260 0920 0001 6020 0378 522 SWIFT/BIC: EFGBGRAA. According to our Reservations policy, if we are not able to charge your credit card with the adequate amount, or no transfer is made to one of our bank accounts, the reservation is not considered final and can be cancelled with no prior warning.

Children Policy

All children ( 17 y.o or younger ) are welcome and must be escorted by their parent or guardian.

Upon your reservation we will send you a detailed message with sites or activities that could be of interest for you during your visit in the island of Mykonos.

Pets are not allowed Upon your arrival you need to present your ID or passport along with the credit card with which you have made the reservation (if that has been used) Check in occurs after 14:00 and upon arrangement. We would be more than happy to have details of your arrival at least 48 hours prior to your arrival Check out time is 11:00 am the latest.
