Also there is a large living room with a separate kitchen with a dining area, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a kitchen with two hotplates, a double fridge and a large private veranda with unobstructed amphitheatrical view. It can accommodate up to five adults.

Minimal Houses are located in a newly built residential complex in Kandounia Mykonos area. They have a panoramic view ?f the Island and in the distance one can view the sea and some of the surrounding islands. The area is still preserved and visitors can enjoy the beauty of nature of a Cycladic island.
The region does not have public transport as yet, guest will need to have some means of transport to access the Minimal Houses.
Owners of Minimal Houses assure you that they will do their best to have a pleasant and unforgettable stay.

In the case of cancellation or no show of the client and according to our cancellation policy there is no refund to the client.

Please note that your reservation can be secured with the use of a credit card and the commitment of the adequate amount. We do not accept the use of Debit Cards. You can also deposit the equivalent amount to one of our provided bank accounts, using your name as the justification of deposit. The distance from Airport, Ports and Mykonos town is approximately 3-4.5 km. The distance to the nearest beaches is Panormos 3km and St. Sostis 4 km. St. Sostis is one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece and voted in the top ten of Greece.
